Nicole has a diverse background in the property management industry, specializing in operations and account management. In 2012, Nicole moved to Las Vegas to become involved in its growing construction industry, where she held positions as a construction manager, representing landlords, developers, and owners.
Nicole worked for nine years on various commercial projects as a client and is now an integral part of the Three Lock Box Business Development team. Nicole is well-versed in Nevada landlord requirements and the Nevada Revised Statutes and enjoys supporting clients through the various stages of construction. She is always willing to share her expertise to educate clients on the importance and benefits of construction control at the tenant, landlord, developer, and contractor level.
