Three Lock Box, LLC (“Three Lock Box”) respects your privacy. A “Website Visitor” is a person who uses the Three Lock Box website but who is not a Platform User. When you contact us through our website, we collect your name, email address, and any other information you provide to us.
How We Use Information From Website Visitors:
We use your information to reply to your inquiry, to improve our website, and to communicate with you about new developments, upcoming events, and promotional information about Three Lock Box.

Information We Collect From Platform Users:
A Platform User (“User”) is a Registered User or a Registered Viewer using the Three Lock Box Platform pursuant to the Enrollment Agreement and those related Terms and Conditions agreed to upon enrollment.
Users provide to us certain personal information necessary to provide our Service. This personal information includes, but is not limited to:
- General information: (including without limitation name, address, email address, Internet protocol address, and phone number provided by Users)
- Professional information (including without limitation contractor license number, scope of work, construction and payment documents)
- Government-issued identification numbers (social security number, tax identification number)
- Financial information (name of bank, routing number, account number, loan ID number, payment activity)
We also collect certain non-personal information from and about our Users in order to provide our Service. This information includes, but is not limited to:
- Your role on a particular Project
- Your industry and business or trade
- Your relationships with Projects participants, including without limitation owner, consultants, contractor, subcontractors, and vendors
- Your relationships with other Projects
How We Use Your Information:
We use your personal information and non-personal information to deliver and fulfill our Service, including without limitation delivering and processing payment applications, making payments pursuant to properly approved applications, maintaining and preserving construction project documents, communicating reminders and confirmations, coordinating Project inspections, responding to your questions, and providing customer support. We may use your personal information to improve the Platform.
Three Lock Box may employ analytics to gather, anonymize, and aggregate data used for the Service or used in activity on the Platform to analyze construction and development trends.
How We Share Your Information:
We share your information, including personal information, with third parties to perform the Service, such as inspectors, financial institutions, officials, and other Users on the Project.
Three Lock Box may share personal information and non-personal information with third parties as may be required by law or to protect Three Lock Box to (a) comply federal state, or local laws, (b) comply with statutory mandates, judicial orders, or subpoenas, (c) exercise or defend legal rights or claims, or (d) protect and/or defend the trademark, copyright, property, or other rights held by Three Lock Box.
Three Lock Box may share personal information and non-personal information with third parties if Three Lock Box, LLC, and/or its assets, or a portion thereof, are sold, assigned, transferred, or otherwise transformed, including a change to its corporate form.

Children:
Pursuant to the Three Lock Box Terms, Users must be 18 years old to use this website. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we discover we have collected information about someone under the age of 13, we will use our best efforts to delete that information.
Nevada Consumer Privacy:
Nevada law allows customers to “opt out” of the sale of certain personal information defined as “covered information.” Three Lock Box does not sell covered information.
California Privacy Rights:
If you reside in California, you are entitled to request more detailed information about how personal information is shared with third parties for direct marketing purposes and have the right to control how that personal information is shared. We do not share your personal information for direct marketing purposes.
European Residents:
If the processing of your personal data falls under the European General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. To the extent the processing of your personal information is based on your enrollment with Three Lock Box and your status as a Platform User, you may request and receive a copy of your personal information in a portable format.

Three Lock Box may update this Privacy Policy at any time and from time to time. The date at the top will reflect the most recent update to our Privacy Policy.
