  • Full compliance with Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 627. 
  • Escrow account is a non-interest-bearing trust account with JP Morgan Chase. Non-interest-bearing trust account. Interest-bearing account with all interest accruing for the benefit of the customer may be established if project cost meets a certain threshold. Interest rates are determined by the bank and may be subject to change.
  • Fully bonded at maximum level ($250,000) required by State of Nevada.
  • $1 Million Errors & Omissions policy.
  • Unlimited 24/7 use of the Three Lock Box online construction control system.
  • Unlimited ACH disbursements. May apply and disburse monthly, weekly, daily. Single pays also available.
  • Automated conditional and unconditional lien release generation with electronic service and electronic signatures.
  • Automated pre-lien notice generation with electronic service and electronic signatures. Lower-tiers may be selectively rolled up in a payment application.
  • All contracts, subcontracts, change orders, drawings, and specifications may be posted to the system at no additional charge.
  • As-built drawings, warranties, and O&M Manuals may be posted to the system at no additional charge.
  • Unlimited subcontractor and supplier invitation and enrollment.
  • Unlimited read-only invites.
  • Customer training and technical support.
