Three Lock Box is pleased to announce that David Scroggins has joined the company as the new Director of Operations. Dave brings with him an extensive background in the US Air Force and defense contracting, as well as operational and office management experience from other industries.
During his 20 years of active duty in the Air Force and 10 years as a defense contractor, Dave served in various capacities, including 3 years at Nellis AFB at the Red Flag training facility and 10 years at the Combined Air and Space Operations Center at Nellis (CAOC-N). He has excelled in various civilian industries over the past 20 years within the Las Vegas valley. His expertise in operational management makes him an ideal addition to the Three Lock Box team.
Dave’s experience and knowledge will be invaluable in his new role as Director of Operations at Three Lock Box. He is committed to engaging with the Construction Control industry and making a significant contribution to the growth of the company.
