Three Lock Box has been an amazing tool for our Beauty Bar Project in Las Vegas. It’s a tool that provides assurance for all parties that the project will be completed in a timely fashion, without any issues, and that funds will be paid out and distributed to all parties involved. It definitely provides a sense of relief for everyone involved that funds will never be an issue on the construction project. The 3LB team was also very helpful with the onboarding process and made sure that I was aware of understanding the platform and how to navigate the tool. I definitely look forward to utilizing 3LB again for all future projects.
